Boommers Become YouTubers
Westchester, IL –Combining creative fun and social media savvy, Boomm! Marketing & Communications launched the company-wide “YouToo Can YouTube” video contest. Armed with flash video cameras, everyone from art directors to accountants were challenged to create the latest YouTube sensation.
A total of 4,202 hits determined the winner -- a video chronicling the Chicago-area cicada invasion by Media Director Marty Schranz. Peggy Saylor, administrative assistant, earned second place with a Chris Farley memorial pub-crawl video that generated 2,174 hits. Both were awarded American Express gift cards.
